Responsive HTML Email Templates

Recognizing the shift toward mobile-first content consumption, I led the development of the business line's first custom, responsive, and fully branded HTML email templates. Using modern email templating tools and in-depth research, I built templates optimized for mobile devices without compromising compatibility or performance. To ensure a consistent experience across clients and devices, I leveraged Litmus for comprehensive testing and refinement. This project helped bring the department's email communications up to current standards in both design and deliverability.
